Vitae Equilibre: means reaching vitality (a state of intense well-being) by bringing every aspect in one’s life into equilibrium or balance.
It is our aim to assist every person in enhancing their own vitality and sense of well-being by helping to balance work/life conflicts.
Vitality can be assessed according to 4 dimensions
Physical
The absence of illness and injury, optimal health, fitness and nutrition.
Emotional
Awareness of our own emotions and how they affect our actions. Therefore the ability to manage emotions, cope with stress and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Occupational
Ergonomically sound environment, development of skills and talents, and optimal work performance.
Social
Emphasizes the interdependence of people and environment, as well as the pursuit of healthy family life and relationships.
